• Bonus Abuse: Strategically placing bets to exploit or circumvent bonus terms.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking or Use of Software: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Underage Account: Allowing anyone under 18 to use your account.

666 Gambit will not be held liable for losses arising from the following situations:

• Bets lost or missed due to an internet connection failure.
• Account credentials being compromised due to user negligence.
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, etc.).

However, where an issue arises due to our own negligence, 666 Gambit will accept full liability and provide compensation.

666 Gambit may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended periods of inactivity (generally 12 months).
• When a member submits a self-exclusion request.
• By court order or legal obligation.

Except in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, accounts are generally given 48 hours' notice before closure. Any valid balance in a closed account will be refunded (unless the closure is due to a rule violation).
